Required Permissions and Privacy Notes:

• Overlay Permission: Net Optimizer requests permission to display pop-ups above other apps for Auto Optimize.
• VPNService: Net Optimizer uses the VPNService base class to create a DNS connection. Your Android device's IP address, which represents its location in the virtual network of the internet, gets established when connecting to the internet from a specific network. The IP address is an encrypted numerical code system. Net Optimizer processes these numbers as site addresses using DNS servers, allowing access to the addresses when searched in this manner.
